Brackla Tabernacle is a vibrant, multi-generational Church in Bridgend, South Wales.

We are looking to recruit a motivated and creative Youth Worker to work with our young people, volunteers and wider Church to develop our mission to the 11-18’s years age group.

Role: Are you passionate about seeing young people come to know Jesus and grow as his disciples? We are looking for a youth worker to join our staff team and lead our youth ministry. We have a core of young people keen to grow in their faith and significant opportunities to extend our reach, connecting with local young people and helping them discover the transforming love and grace of Jesus. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing church. We want someone who will lead by example, support and equip our fantastic volunteer team, and shape our youth work within the vision of the wider church.

About: This is a Full Time, 24-month fixed term post, with the potential for permanency thereafter. The salary for this role is £26,357.

Essential: There is a genuine occupational requirement that the post holder is a Christian and subscribes to the core beliefs of Brackla Tabernacle.
